What Information Does Coastal Electronics Collect?
Coastal Electronics does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when the information is knowingly provided. Generally, this information is requested in connection with an online transaction.
From time to time at CoastalEtech.com, you can enter contests, vote in polls, or request product information. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected at these pages include your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and information about use of various products.
How Do We Use The Information?
We may use the information you provide about yourself to respond to your inquiries about our products, offerings, and services, and to offer you other products we think you will find valuable.
We sometimes use this information to communicate with you, such as to notify you when you have won one of our contests or when we make changes to our web site, or to fulfill a request by you for information about a product.

Does Coastal Electronics Disclose The Information It Collects To Outside Parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personally identifiable information that visitors or customers provide to us, period.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information is important to CoastalEtech.com. All payment information including credit card related data is considered and treated as confidential information. We utilize Secure Server Software (SSL) to encrypt all payment information, including names, address, credit card numbers, so that it can not be read as the information travels through the internet. SSL is considered to be among the most secure ways to do business through the internet. When SSL is active, it will display (depending on your software) a closed lock or an unbroken key, letting you know that the information you input will be secure.
CoastalEtech.com does not guarantee inventory until your order is submitted & inventory has been verified. Once inventory has been verified, your order will be processed. Orders generally ship within 24 - 48 hrs of order placement regardless of shipping method chosen. We will try to accommodate requests for expedited shipping or same day shipping however this cannot be guaranteed. Please email us at support@coastalEtech.com for any special requests.

We are happy to accept the following methods of payment at CoastalEtech.com:
CoastalEtech.com orders can be shipped to the following locations: the 50 United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
UPS Ground & Air Delivery options are available to the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii and Alaska are air shipping only.
Upon placing an online order, a shipping tracking number will be generated by UPS which may be emailed to you pending the actual ship date.
Orders generally ship within 48 hrs of order placement regardless of shipping method chosen. We are a custom build engineering and manufacturing outlet and make every attempt to process your order quickly although we cannot guarantee inventory at the time of your order.
UPS may have delays which affect your shipment arrival due to inclement weather or other technical problems. UPS will usually email you when they are experiencing delays or when they are having difficulty arranging delivery. Coastaletech.com will not be responsible for lost or delayed packages by UPS, but will happily return any shipping charges UPS deems appropriate. UPS does not guarantee emails regarding shipment delays.
Please follow the simple instructions located on the back of your CoastalEtech.com order invoice. CoastalEtech.com will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through CoastalEtech.com and that meet the following conditions:
1) Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE(INVOICE DATE). Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. CoastalEtech.com reserves the right to refuse damaged or non-returnable merchandise. Receipt of a package does not signify acceptance for return. All items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
2) Return merchandise should be packed in its original packaging (if in suitable condition) with the completed packing slip (must include reason for return) found on the back of the original invoice and returned to the address on the order invoice. Items returned without documentation inside including name, address, original invoice number and reason for return will not be processed.
3) We highly recommend return merchandise be shipped through UPS who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. We cannot be responsive to your request without your return in hand. USPS returns are not allowed at this time.
A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). We do not reimburse shipping charges. Please allow up to 30 days for a refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly paper billing statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
Note: We are unable to process international orders and do not ship internationally at this time. We also are unable to provide international troubleshooting or provide tech support for international vehicles. Returns for products shipped outside the United States or installed in international spec vehicles will not be accepted.
If we have made an error with your order, Coastaletech.com Customer Service will gladly assist in a quick resolution.
Please follow these easy steps:
(1) Please contact our Customer Service Team by email at support@coastalEtech.com, explain the situation, including your name and order number.
(2) Follow our simple return policy, outlined above, to return the merchandise. CoastalEtech.com will reimburse you for your reasonable return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. Shipping reimbursement will be credited back to the original purchase credit card.
